By booking Green Putzhilfe Services by e-mail, telephone or it's website the Client agrees to be bound by Green Putzhilfe terms and condition.
Cleaning services
The Company will provide one or more Cleaners to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and the agreed service time. We ask that the Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water, power
Every Cleaner Of Green Putzhilfe is personally interviewed by us.
Green Putzhilfe provides cleaning products and cleaning materials.
You agree to use at your place our product. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed. We asked that you provide a safe environment to work in, no person under 18 should be left alone in the house/property without a parent/guardian being present.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service we will return to re-clean the area within 48 hours free of charge. In order for us to carry out a free re-clean, you must contact by email to Green Putzhilfe no later than 24hrs from the original Cleaning time. Essesnisal cleanin g/Deep cleaning We can only undertake one off cleaning once we have agreed the specification and 50e payment has been rececived in advance if you are a new customer to Green Putzhilfe
The client is recommended to check the quality of the cleaning work carried out immediately after completion of the work.
Clients are required to be present on completion of the work
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer, PayPal on completion of the service.
Pay outstanding invoices within 7 days from date of invoice issue.
- Outstanding invoices on day 8 will incur a 10% additional charge on the invoice total.
- Outstanding invoices on day 14 will incur a charge of 20% on the new invoice total.
CANCELLATION
For any kind of cleaning office or home:
You agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if you cancel or change the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our Cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with Customer’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock, without any special efforts or skills. You have the right to terminate the Service by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only.
- Home / Office cleaning / Essential cleaning:
- - Customer may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice.
- - Customer agrees to pay the 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- - Customer agrees to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lockout caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at customer’s premises; or problem with customer’s keys..You agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if you cancel or change the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. REFERRALS:
A great deal of our time and resources are put into
recruiting and checking the background and experience of our cleaners.
Part of our service agreement states you agree not to independently hire any past or present staff unless you pay our referral fee of 250€.
This amount is due in full immediately upon personal employment of the staff member, regardless of whether you use them for a recurring or one-time service.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to if:
- we have insufficient staff to fulfil the booking you have ordered;
- we do not cover your area;
- the hours you have requested fall below our minimum requirement;
- one or more of the Services you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error;
- if any misleading or false information was used to obtain discounted services. The Company reserves the right to back charge additional costs for past services to recover the shortfall from the standard rate(s).
Claims
Green Putzhilfe has a public and employer's liability insurance.
The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by an operative working on behalf of Green Putzhilfe The customer accepts and understands that poor service; breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from our service date.
Failure to do so will entitle customer to nothing. In case of damage Green Putzhilfe will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired Green Putzhilfe will rectify the problem by crediting the customer with the item's present actual cash value toward a like replacement from a Green Putzhilfe ’ source upon payment of cleaning services rendered.
All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value (the customer will be credited with the items present cash value), art and antiques.
Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if our operatives lose keys. Green Putzhilfe reserves the right not to be responsible for: cleaning job not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment in full working order, hot water or power; third party entering or present at the customer's premises during the cleaning process; wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed;
failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using provided by the customer cleaning materials and equipment or standard carpet cleaning equipment; any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order materials/equipment supplied by the customer;
accidental damages worth 50€ or less; any accidental damages caused by our cleaners if the customer has an unpaid balance owed to Green Putzhilfe
