Booking and Cleaning Services:
- Booking Green Putzhilfe services via email, telephone, or our website implies the client's agreement to be bound by our terms and conditions.
- The Company will provide one or more Cleaners at the agreed service time, equipped with Green Putzhilfe's cleaning products and materials.
- Clients agree to use Green Putzhilfe's products at their premises. We ask for access to hot water and electricity and request the securing or removal of fragile items for a safe working environment.
- No person under 18 should be left alone in the house/property without a parent/guardian present.
Cleaner Selection:
- Every Cleaner of Green Putzhilfe is personally interviewed by our team to ensure quality and reliability.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Contact us within 24 hours for a free re-clean within 48 hours if dissatisfied.
Payments:
- Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or via PayPal upon completion of the service.
- Invoices are due within 7 days; additional charges apply on days 8 (10%) and 14 (20%).
Cancellation Policy:
- Home/office cleaning: A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Lockout or unavailability: 50% cancellation fee if our cleaners are turned away or issues with keys. Full payment for cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- The client has the right to terminate the Service with 24 hours' advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit.
Booking Cancellation by Green Putzhilfe:
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings without notice due to various reasons, including insufficient staff, location constraints, and incorrect pricing.
Referrals:
- Hiring past or present staff independently requires a €250 referral fee.
Claims
- Report poor service, breakage, damage, or theft within 24 hours.
- Green Putzhilfe has public and employer's liability insurance covering accidental damages.
- Excluded from liability are items of sentimental value, cash, jewelry, art, and antiques.
- We are not responsible for any damage if the customer requests the movement of heavy furniture during the cleaning process.
